I bought a license, when can I start working with the ArdenSuite?
Within 1 business day we will send you information on how to access your license and software, as well as your
invoice.
In the meantime, please feel free to use our free ArdenSuite
trial version, which can be downloaded here immediately. Just input your
purchased license key in the trial version later, you won't loose any of your
work.
Am I going to loose the work I did in the ArdenSuite trial version when opting for a plan?
No, as soon as you have an activated personal license key you can pick up from where you left off in the trial version. Just input your purchased license key in the trial version (Instructions in the ArdenSuite Support Pages).
I don't have internet access in my work environment. Will the ArdenSuite work?
Internet connection is only needed for license activation. If you don't have internet, try to input your license key in the ArdenSuite anyways. It will not work and you can then follow the instructions for offline activation. Find more information here.
Do you offer monthly or one-time payment options?
All ArdenSuite licenses offered on our webshop are one-time payments.
If your license expires or is about to expire, please just buy a new one here on our webshop.
My license has expired.
If your license has expired and you want to continue using the ArdenSuite, just buy a new license via our webshop. We will send you a new license key which can be entered in your ArdenSuite software. You won't loose any of your work.
Please note that your originally bought license won't be extended. Each license is valid within the time frame you chose during checkout.

I want to change the type of my ArdenSuite license.
If you want to change the type of your ArdenSuite license (for example you had a Starter license and now need a Research & Teaching license), just buy the license you need via our webshop. Then enter the new license key in your software (instructions in the ArdenSuite Support Pages). You won't loose any of your work.
How to establish a cloud-based ArdenSuite service?
To establish the ArdenSuite Server as a cloud-based service, simply deploy the ArdenSuite Server on the virtual machine (VM) provided by your cloud provider. This process involves selecting the appropriate VM, configuring the server settings, and ensuring network connectivity. Is the ArdenSuite Server already used in software as a medical device?
The ArdenSuite server is already part of Medexter’s products that were certified as medical devices. Medexter went through a scrutinizing process to have the ArdenSuite software validated as Software of Unknown Provenance (SOUP) in accordance with IEC 62304 to ensure the highest standard of quality. Medexter’s ArdenSuite Server is therefore validated to be included in medical devices.
